Position: Sales and Recruiting professionals
Responsibilities:
Work with hiring managers to clearly define and document the requirements of job openings Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates Pre-screen resumes, conduct in-depth phone interviews and technical evaluations to identify top candidates.Negotiates compensation package, both with the candidates and clients Manage completion of necessary pre-employment processes including reference and background checksGrow revenue by seeking new service contract opportunities.Maintain relationships with existing and potential client contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience for a Senior Recruiter position.Experience and knowledge of process/methodology of requisition lifecycle. Understanding of recruiting field, technical requirements and ability to match qualified candidates.Experience of writing & posting on Internet job portals. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments. Ability to communicate professionally via telephone and internet.
